Outdoor Adventures

Kent is getting so big! He is seriously the best kid. I love that he still sleeps through the night most nights. I love chatting with him. He seems to be a really good listener. We'll hope it stays that way:) His O's and Goo's are the best. I can't resist sitting and chatting when he starts. Owen loves it too. Maybe a little too much because drool usually ends up being on his head by the end. 

He's getting to be a champ with tummy time. Luckily he has two good cheerleaders who like to do it with him. He loves chatting with us during it. Owen gets so excited when he rolls over and likes tell/show him how it's done.

 This is George Wyth State Park. Camping, slides and trails. What else can you ask for. We haven't been camping yet, but hoping this week if the weather is OK. 

The leader of the pack. It's amazing how much faster he can walk on a trail compared to the grocery store.

I spy with my little eye, something that is green. Owen is getting really good at this game. He is also starting to say sentences. I think he said his longest sentence yesterday. "I like ice cream please." He's learning the important things:)

 Last week we went to Hickory Hills. Another campground with trails and more. The trails were all muddy, so we abandoned that idea and went to track some animals.

Turns out. Craig is really good at it:) Here is the turkey house.

Craig collected some bison fur which was close to the fence. Not sure what he is going to do with it, but the boys were pretty excited.

We had to hike down and around before we could find these guys. They all ran away except one. We fed him some branches and made new best friends.
